A number of third party websites are reselling tickets online to Theatre Aquarius performances online. Theatre Aquarius is not affiliated with and does not support the use of any third party ticket reseller.

Make sure you are buying Theatre Aquarius tickets online directly through our website at https://tickets.theatreaquarius.org.

We want you to have the best theatre experience possible, starting with your ticket purchase.  Please keep the following in mind when shopping online for Theatre Aquarius tickets:

  • Make sure you go to https://tickets.theatreaquarius.org
  • If you are using a search engine, be mindful of results labelled AD. These are often paid ads designed to mislead people into purchasing tickets from unofficial sources.
  • Always read the fine print. If the site says anything about being a resale marketplace, you are not buying an authentic Theatre Aquarius ticket.
  • Make sure your purchase is in Canadian dollars. If the site is using USD or currency other than Canadian dollars, it is not the Theatre Aquarius website.

ETIQUETTE

Theatre Aquarius is a smoke-free environment, including all forms of “E-Cigarettes”.

As a courtesy to those who are sensitive to fragrances, we request that all patrons refrain from using perfumes, after-shave and other scented products before attending the theatre.

The crackling sound of opening cellophane wrapped candy during the performance is highly disruptive. Please consider your fellow patrons.

Babes in arms or children under the age of two are not permitted in the theatre. Children older than two should be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout a performance. If you are in doubt about bringing a child to any particular production, please ask before buying your tickets. Please be aware that if your child creates a disturbance, you may be asked to leave the auditorium. Parents are reminded that most live, professional theatre – unless specifically advertised as being for children or “for the whole family” – is intended as adult entertainment and may not be enjoyable or suitable for children.

The taking of photographs or audio or video recordings of any kind within the auditorium for any reason is strictly forbidden. It is a distraction to the performers and can create safety hazards. Such recordings also violate performance contracts, design contracts and copyright agreements with rights holders. Theatre Aquarius reserves the right to seize any recording device used within the theatre and erase any offending data.

Patrons are requested to turn off all cellphones and electronic devices prior to the performance. Patrons who do not do so, or who are texting or making use of other electronic communications during the performance may be asked to leave.

Seating latecomers is disruptive to both performers and audience members. Out of consideration to other patrons and performers, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break and at the discretion of the house manager.
