Exchange Policy

For Patrons

In order to exchange tickets patrons must return the originals to the box office at least 48 hrs. in advance of the original show date. Tickets can be returned in person to the box office or mailed to the theatre. Tickets can also be returned via fax (905.522.7865) or email (boxoffice@theatreaquarius.org); if doing so please write "void" across the face of the ticket and include a small note with the desired new performance date. The box office will always try to seat you in the same seats (if available) and failing that as close as possible to the original seats. Please note that there is a $3 per ticket fee for all ticket exchanges. The patron is responsible, at the time of the exchange, to cover any fees and/or differences in ticket price. Please note that Season Subscribers are allowed 1 (one) exchange per show without fees additional exchanges for the same show are subject to a $3 per ticket fee.
