Box Office
Our Box Office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and Saturday, 10am-1pm. When evening performances are scheduled, the Box Office remains open until 8pm.

Washrooms
Lobby: Men’s near the Box Office; Ladies near the Studio Theatre. Handicap washroom beside the Men’s room. Balcony Level: Men’s and Ladies to the right of the bar.

Wheelchair Accessibility
In compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities act, Theatre Aquarius is committed to providing an environment of full accessibility for all members of society. Both the Irving Zucker Auditorium and Norman and Louise Haac Studio Theatre are accessible to patrons with limited mobility. Removable seats which can accommodate wheelchairs are limited in number, and must be booked in advance through the Theatre Aquarius Box Office. House Managers and Ushers will offer assistance as needed or desired by patrons. We regret that, for reasons of fire safety, patrons remaining in wheelchairs within the auditorium must remain in designated seating locations during the performance.
Theatre Aquarius maintains a number of infrared devices for the hearing-impaired, which may be borrowed at no charge, and are available at Coat Check on a first-come, first-served basis (as of December 2011, we have never run out).
Other accessibility issues and questions can be cheerfully answered and/or solved by our Box Office staff in advance of the show day, or by locating the House Manager on the day of your performance (any of our volunteer ushers will be happy to assist you in locating the House Manager on duty for any particular performance). Patrons with outstanding accessibility issues or questions which cannot be addressed by other means are invited to contact Marketing and Development Manager Gregg Taylor at gtaylor@theatreaquarius.org – We look forward to welcoming you to our theatre!

Infra-red Hearing Devices
Devices for the hearing-impaired may be borrowed from the lobby (see House Manager for assistance) and can be reserved in advance through the Box Office. There is no charge, however, identification will be required.

First Aid
For first aid assistance, please contact the house manager or the nearest usher.

Beverages
Under the Liquor License Board of Ontario (LLBO) regulations, beverages may not be taken into the Irving Zucker (mainstage) auditorium, or outside the building.

Pre-order Bar Service
To avoid long line-ups at the bars during intermission, we recommend taking advantage of this popular continental service. Order and pay for your drinks before the performance and they will be waiting for you at intermission.

Coat Check
May we suggest, for your comfort and those around you, that you take advantage of our affordable coat check.

Pay Telephone
A pay telephone is situated outside the Box Office window.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be used for subscriptions or single tickets. A Theatre Aquarius gift certificate makes an ideal gift for any occasion, including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Christmas or Chanukkah gift!
