THEATRE AQUARIUS is a non-profit corporation and a registered charitable organization. It is a member of the Professional Association of Canadian Theatres and engages under the terms of the Canadian Theatre Agreement, professional artists who are members of Canadian Actors’ Equity Association.
Stage technicians are members of I.A.T.S.E. Local 129.

Patron Services
Box Office
Our box office is open Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm and Saturday, 10am-1pm. When evening performances are scheduled, the box office remains open until 8pm.
Washrooms
Lobby: Men’s near the box office; Ladies near the Studio Theatre. Handicap washroom beside the Men’s room. Balcony Level: Men’s and Ladies to the right of the bar.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Theatre Aquarius offers facilities for patrons who use a wheelchair up to 26" in width. Wheelchair seating MUST be booked in advance.
Infra-red Hearing Devices
Devices for the hearing-impaired may be borrowed from the lobby (see House Manager for assistance) and can be reserved in advance through the Box Office. There is no charge, however, identification will be required.
First Aid
For first aid assistance, please contact the house manager or the nearest usher.
Beverages
Under the Liquor License Board of Ontario (LLBO) regulations, beverages may not be taken into the Irving Zucker (mainstage) auditorium, or outside the building.
Pre-order Bar Service
To avoid long line-ups at the bars during intermission, we recommend taking advantage of this popular continental service. Order and pay for your drinks before the performance and they will be waiting for you at intermission.
Coat Check
May we suggest, for your comfort and those around you, that you take advantage of our affordable coat check.
Pay Telephone
A pay telephone is situated outside the box office window.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available in any denomination and may be used for subscriptions or single tickets. A Theatre Aquarius gift certificate makes an ideal gift for any occasion, including Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Christmas or Chanukkah gift!

Smoking
Theatre Aquarius is a smoke-free environment.
Scents
As a courtesy to those who express sensitivity to fragrances, we respectfully request that all patrons consider their fellow theatre-goers before using perfumes, after-shave and other personal care products.
Babes in Arms
Babes in arms are not permitted in the auditorium.
Cameras, Pagers, Tape-Recorders and Cellular Phones
Please! Cameras, pagers, tape-recorders, cellular phones, and watches that “beep” are not permitted in
the auditorium. They may be checked with the house manager.
Candy
The crackling sound when opening cellophane wrapped candy during the performance is highly disruptive, please consider your fellow patrons.
Latecomers
Seating latecomers is disruptive to both performers and audience members. Out of consideration to other patrons and performers, latecomers will be seated at a suitable break and at the discretion of the house manager.
