BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Theatre Aquarius is a not-for-profit corporation defined by its Letters Patent and Charter. As such, its assets are held in trust for the public good by its Board of Directors, which includes 3 officers: President, Vice-President and Treasurer who are elected for terms of two years. The theatre’s by-laws allow for a board of an additional 9 members who are elected annually for a term of one year. In addition to the 12 directors, the board of directors may invite the Corporation of thre City of Hamilton to appoint up to 2 elected representatives to serve as directors at large for a term that does not exceed the elected term of office.
